In 1995 more than 23 licensed escrow agents from different states joined forces to offer their services nationwide in support of their customers. By 2001 all the States had the presence of at least one authorized escrow agent.

Due to the demand on our client base that non-oficial association formed an official company to merger with Financial Guardians from Canada to expand the business scope, until 2023 when they started DBA Guardian International.
